HOW TO USE OUR RETURN SERVICE


RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. You only need to send an email at hello@danielaparella.com and attach the name of the garments that you want to send back with you order number.

Customer is responsible for the generated return costs. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

If you want to make an exchange for another garment, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Shipping costs of the second order will be refunded in this case.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier received the item.

REFUND
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
